Where we ship
Fragrances Bazaar currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping rate
Standard Shipping is a flat $9.99, regardless of how many eligible items are included in your order.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed as quickly as possible.
Once your order has shipped, Standard Shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days, depending on destination, weather, carrier conditions and other factors outside our control.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Where orders ship from
All orders are packed and shipped from Nacogdoches, Texas.
Local delivery
Customers located within approximately 5 miles of our Nacogdoches location may see a free local delivery option during checkout when available.
Eligibility is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please allow some time for tracking activity to appear after the shipping label is created.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a shipment is returned, delayed or requires re-delivery because of incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping charges may apply.
This does not apply when the issue was caused by Fragrances Bazaar or the carrier.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos.
