Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

How much is shipping?

Every order ships for a flat $9.99 via UPS Ground, no matter how many bottles you order.

Where do you ship from?

Orders ship from our business in Nacogdoches, Texas.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. You’ll receive an email with your UPS tracking number once your order ships.

Returns

Can I return a fragrance?

Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened fragrances and opened testers can’t be returned. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What is Bazaar Scents?

Bazaar Scents is our in-house fragrance line, including Illustrious, City Fever and Manhattan. Shop Bazaar Scents.

Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. When we sell a branded fragrance as authentic, that is exactly how we represent it. We do not sell counterfeit bottles or replicas passed off as genuine branded fragrance. Read our Authenticity Promise.

What is a tester?

A tester is the same fragrance as the retail version, usually in plain packaging and sometimes without a cap. Tester listings say “Tester” in the title, and packaging details may vary.

What are inspired-by fragrances?

They’re original fragrances made in the style of a well-known scent. The brands that make them, such as Federico Mahora, aren’t affiliated with the original houses. The original names are used only to describe the style of the scent.
