Geranium

Oil distilled from the leaves of scented pelargoniums (Pelargonium graveolens and its hybrids). Rosy, green and slightly minty, it works in both floral and fougère perfumes.

Origin Native to southern Africa. “Bourbon geranium” is oil from Réunion (formerly Île Bourbon); Egypt is also a major producer.
